We are seeking a Research Lead to join our North American team, managing research programs and key client relationships, in pursuit of our vision of delivering the human-led AI platform for market research.
A minimum of 8 years’ market research experience (either in a research agency or delivering research programs within a brand) is a requirement for this position. Candidates who have not met this requirement will not be considered for this role.
A research case study will form part of the interview process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Account Management: Managing our largest customers on a daily basis, serving their project needs as part of an annual research program. Monitoring client health metrics and running regular meetings with all clients. Retention and growth of customers, as part of a wider team.
Research Design: Taking business questions or research objectives from brands and converting into viable research projects to go live on the Bounce platform. Deep understanding and experience with survey design, scripting, audience selection, quota control, data delivery and result analysis.
Teamwork: Working within a multi-function team to serve the broad needs of our business across product, operations, billing, marketing.
Global Opportunity: Supporting research clients and programs globally, in partnership with our teams in Dublin and London.
Product Proficiency: Use of Bounce platform, including proprietary AI technologies, to build and execute client projects. Working with in-house development team to test new features, offer proactive feedback and represent client needs in product roadmapping.

This is a full-time position, normally based in our Bounce office in New York. Fully Remote work can be facilitated.
