Job Description:
- Experience in managing large scale engagements across geographies.
- Advise customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
- Mentoring and managing other leaders in the organization.
- Provide leadership, direction, and strategy.
- Oracle Fusion program management.
- Superlative communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage the design, development, and operations of the team.
- Deliver large scale projects on-time with high quality.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, peers, and senior leadership to identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions for new features and functionality.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership and dive deep into any part of the stack and higher-level system interactions.
- Value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
- Drive operational success of the cloud services.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and aligning the long-term vision, goals, and objectives for their area of responsibility, in collaboration with cross-functional executives.
- Operational Oversight: Monitoring the execution of business plans, identifying and addressing challenges, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support the achievement of strategic priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with other senior leaders across the organization to align initiatives, share knowledge, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Talent Management: Providing guidance and direction to their management team, supporting their professional development, and building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen relationships and gather critical insights.
- Decision-Making: Leveraging their deep domain expertise and business acumen to make strategic decisions that balance short-term operational needs with long-term growth opportunities.
- Innovation and Transformation: Fostering a culture of innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies, processes, and business models to maintain a competitive edge.
