Role: Project Manager with Oracle Fusion
Location: El Segundo, CA - Remote - need local candidates or PST Zone
Rate: $60-$65/Hr on C2C
Duration: Contract

Job Description:

  1. Experience in managing large scale engagements across geographies.
  2. Advise customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.
  3. Mentoring and managing other leaders in the organization.
  4. Provide leadership, direction, and strategy.
  5. Oracle Fusion program management.
  6. Superlative communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Manage the design, development, and operations of the team.
  8. Deliver large scale projects on-time with high quality.
  9. Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, peers, and senior leadership to identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions for new features and functionality.
  10. Provide technical expertise and leadership and dive deep into any part of the stack and higher-level system interactions.
  11. Value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.
  12. Drive operational success of the cloud services.
  13. Strategic Planning: Developing and aligning the long-term vision, goals, and objectives for their area of responsibility, in collaboration with cross-functional executives.
  14. Operational Oversight: Monitoring the execution of business plans, identifying and addressing challenges, and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support the achievement of strategic priorities.
  16. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with other senior leaders across the organization to align initiatives, share knowledge, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  17. Talent Management: Providing guidance and direction to their management team, supporting their professional development, and building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  18. Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen relationships and gather critical insights.
  19. Decision-Making: Leveraging their deep domain expertise and business acumen to make strategic decisions that balance short-term operational needs with long-term growth opportunities.
  20. Innovation and Transformation: Fostering a culture of innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies, processes, and business models to maintain a competitive edge.
