- Handle phone inquiries from brokers, carriers, and customers on premium finance accounts and document interactions.
- Contact clients to address payment delinquencies and offer suitable repayment options.
- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate account notes and update arrears reports.
- Qualify bad debt accounts for third-party collections or legal recovery.
- Stay knowledgeable about financial products to support and train clients effectively.
