Our client is a leading global manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee and optimize its global manufacturing, procurement, and distribution operations across the US and Asia. This senior leader will drive innovation, operational efficiency, and supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution activities
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma processes
- Develop and oversee short and long-term operational plans and budgets
- Lead new product introductions and maintain high-quality production standards
- Optimize inventory management and enhance operational performance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain
- Experience with domestic and offshore manufacturing
- Strong financial acumen and operational performance expertise
- Frequent travel required.
