• Roadmap and Backlog : Maintains the ServiceNow demand backlog and ServiceNow platform roadmap.
• Team Leadership : Provides strategic direction and mentorship to developers and architects fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborates with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions and alignment with business requirements.
