SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing team is looking for a data minded, detail-oriented, self-starter to support premium product lines featuring top athletes, as well as entertainment licensors. The Digital Marketing Coordinator position will be a key contributor to digital marketing initiatives and opportunities, which includes collaboration and execution of product support materials, social media content, advertising campaigns, website content, digital banners, email campaigns, product announcements, and digital assets. The position will also provide detailed metrics and analytics for all paid media campaigns. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
Digital Marketing/Advertising
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ideate and execute digital marketing campaigns to support Upper Deck's paid digital campaigns for e-commerce platforms and teams.
  • Help develop omni-channel conversion campaigns to support Upper Deck products and programs. This will include platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Programmatic, Display, OOH ads, and others.
  • Help facilitate asset ideation, creation, and execution. This will include internal and external approval processes.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate banners, ads, and other graphics.
  • Manage timelines for production of digital assets in Project Management Tool.
Email Marketing
  • Help execute email marketing content and coordination which includes database growth, lead generation, and automated email journeys.
  • Coordinate contests and promotional sweepstakes programs, including obtaining legal approvals, acquiring and delivering sweepstakes prizes, coordinating related promotional events, and interfacing with sweepstakes winners.
  • Scheduling and developing email content to support product launches, campaigns and programming, including creative, copy and layout.
Website
  • Help maintain website information to ensure up-to-date and correct and links all active and directing to correct locations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Content team members and calendars to ensure the website is an additional marketing tool and always up-to-date with new products, news posts, contests, events, and programming to the website.
Reporting
  • Help Digital Marketing team identify media trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and report on insights through platforms like Meltwater, Sprout Social, Google Trends, Google Analytics, and other internal dashboards.
  • Develop post-campaign review of results and recommendations.
  • Excel as a team player and strive to maximize team/department performance.
INTERACTION
This position will interact closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Graphic Designer, Sports and Entertainment Coordinators, Community Coordinators and Product Managers, along with other related staff members and key external parties.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
  • A bachelor's degree specializing in Marketing or Advertising. Any relevant educational or work experience in Data Science, Data Visualization, or Business Analytics is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct digital marketing experience at an advertising/marketing agency or for an in-house brand. Experience in both is a plus.
  • Portfolio of work and relevant case studies will be requested upon application process.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, X Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Ads, and/or PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Experience with WordPress websites and/or Elementor plugins.
  • Experience managing or maintaining an email marketing platform and/or CRM.
