Position : Director of Census Development
Location : Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; remote office with travel to site locations

Position Overview: The Director of Census Development will execute a hands-on strategy to achieve budgeted census occupancy and skilled mix. They will collaborate with stakeholders to generate a strategic plan(s) that will promote growth and increase revenues. He/She will provide day to day oversight of liaisons, facilitating the necessary leadership to manage key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead / Mentor / Grow
- Direct and implement micro-census development strategies for assigned facilities across Pennsylvania.
- Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide oversight to the admissions process.
- Establish and monitor the sales process to ensure a timely commitment.
- Execute day to day support to drive KPI’s (referrals, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors' degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing.
- 3-5 years' progressive experience in healthcare/addiction sales and marketing required.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with and influence members of the marketing and clinical teams to establish and achieve census goals.
- Professional sales presentation skills required.
