Sales and Marketing Director-Hospital Liaison

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships in the community with local hospitals, driving census growth, and increasing brand awareness.

Duties

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve census targets.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with hospital case managers.
3. Meet with patients and families as needed to present facility information.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related medical field - specifically skilled nursing facility/long-term care.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
