LMI is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer. This position will provide program support of the DHS SAFETY Act, including review and adjudication of a high volume of applications

Responsibilities

  • Provide Program and Project Management and support for SAFETY Act case management work.
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Support client and team meetings through preparing agendas, developing meeting minutes, and tracking actions and deliverables.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and outreach events across working group stakeholders and partners
  • Review informational requests from Department leadership, Congress, or other federal stakeholders and support coordination and development of timely responses.
  • Conduct basic research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findings.
  • Lead development and management of all program and business office documentation and files
  • Perform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documents.
  • Lead document management workflows and coordination.
  • Assist in establishing internal process for DHS records (hardcopy and electronic) and attend meetings regarding federally mandated Records Management guidance as needed.
  • Write and review reports, memos, and presentation materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience supporting government or business programs.
  • Effective problem-solver.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • This position requires the ability to acquire a SECRET clearance.
