Case Investigator

Title : Eligibility Hearing Officer
Pay: $37.10 hr.
Location: Richmond, VA
Duties:

• Review appeal request, case documents and other appropriate evidence.
• Prepare and conduct client eligibility appeal hearings and render written appeal decisions.
• Apply knowledge of laws ,rules, and regulations in the decision process.
• Apply knowledge of administrative procedures for conducting hearings, due process standards, and legal research.
• Conduct legal research; engage in thorough, accurate, and objective analysis.
• Independently manage caseload to ensure timely compliance with deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
