What You Will Do
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in hiring the people who will drive Choco's mission forward.
Your Hands-on Recruiting Activities Will Include
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview, and close candidates
- Market Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 1-2 years experience hiring at scale in a SaaS environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
