BCBA at The Place:

  1. Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey.
  2. Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
  3. Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
  4. Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.
  5. Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.
  6. Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients, and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  2. Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  3. Clinical setting experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst.
  2. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Established management skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
