Family Medicine Physician - 4 days schedule

Compensation: Base salary of $260k in year 1, rising to $300k in year 2, plus $25k for sign-on/relocation, health, life, and vision insurance, and 401(k) with 4% employer match.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage an average of 20 patients per day
- Deliver comprehensive adult medicine and limited pediatric care
- Maintain seamless collaboration with other physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-tier medical care
- Utilize well-established back office support to streamline administrative processes and focus on patient care
- Engage in ongoing community and professional development initiatives to enhance the practice and patient services
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (if BE – must be able to certify within a year)
- Eligibility for Texas medical licensure or currently in the process of obtaining it
- Experience with outpatient medicine preferred
- Commitment to continued education and professional growth

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
