Our Business Development Reps manage a specific territory generating leads and building sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person events, educational events, and other sales and marketing activities to network. Build relationships with a broad variety of contractors to allow us to become their preferred provider when disaster strikes.

Our company is offering a fast paced, high growth potential position as a Business Development Representative in our Sales Department.
This position requires the skill set to turn a new prospect into a friend. The Business Development Representative will be growing our book of business through new contacts. Through diligent effort and continued face-to-face interactions, we will win the prospects to refer business to us. A positive attitude, comfortability with rejection, and desire to grow are a must!
We are not looking for average sales/business development people. We are looking for highly talented individuals with a desire to create great income and service their community.

- Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, property managers, realtors and other secondary markets within our service coverage area
- Build on existing customer relationships, customer follow up and customer reviews
- Traveling for business events, scheduled appointments with potential or existing clients, HQ (weekly)
- Industry experience is very important and requested, Marketing experience in the service industry is required.
