We are searching for a talented Laboratory Call Center Rep
Hours: Per Diem
Shift: Day shift; 7:00am - 3:30pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm and 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Outreach Lab - Dartmouth, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Responsibilities
Position reports to TL- Acct Mgr.-Lab Sr. or designee. Perform a variety of Call Center duties to include, scheduling of lab appointments, rescheduling of appointments, and recovery of missed appointments, as well as coordinating special lab appointments to serve our outreach patients and providers. This position supports the Outreach Laboratory program and the outreach laboratory patient service centers.
Qualifications

• Equal to completion of four years of high school required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. One year related work experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Range
USD $16.39 - USD $27.50 /Hr.
