Job Description

The Facilities Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities within the organization. This includes managing a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations, and developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities within the organization
• Manage a team of maintenance staff
• Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the organization
• Manage the budget for facilities maintenance and repairs
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate repairs as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Experience managing budgets and working with vendors and contractors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
