Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain reports to analyze warehouse functions and employee productivity.
• Schedule and assign personnel; achieve desired results; establish priorities; monitor progress; revise schedules; report results of shift production.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and recommend termination of warehouse employees.
• Review and manage employee timecards, attendance records, and approve time off requests.
• Ensure daily work assignments are carried out in a timely manner and all deadlines are met.
• Comply with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Coach, guide, and develop employees. Follow through by holding employees accountable for performance.
• Supervise the warehouse in the cleaning, picking, packing, repairing, and processing all inventories for shipment and returned product.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by training and leading personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a culture that focuses on building strong relationships between employees and leadership to foster an environment that supports teamwork and goal-oriented outcomes.
• Back up and/or supervise headset profiles, truck builder duties, and invoicing is completed.
• Manage departmental hours to budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar type system.
• Associate degree preferred in a relevant field, three years of Supervisory experience, and one year distribution experience or equivalent combination of education/experience within the distribution industry.
• Forklift certification and electric pallet jack experience preferred but not required.
