Associate

Position : Mid-level to Senior Litigation Associate

Experience : At least 6 years of litigation experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Case management from start to finish
• Conducting depositions and handling dispositive motions
• Court appearances
• Managing an independent caseload
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Compensation :

• Salary : $180,000+ per year, depending on experience
• Additional Earnings :
• $ per each billed hour in excess of 150 billed hours per month (equivalent to 1800 per year)
• Annual performance bonuses based on various criteria including skill level, firm citizenship, and overall financial condition
• 15% incentive referral bonus for attorney fee originations

Additional Benefits :

• Up to 100 hours of paid billable hour credit for marketing and networking events per year
• Up to 50 hours of paid billable hour credit for drafting legal articles for publication
• Reimbursement of up to $1,000 in qualified marketing expenditures annually
