Agility Partners is seeking a qualified SPC/RTE to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive cultural transformation within a dynamic and diverse team. As part of the central SAFe transformation team, you'll work with various Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to promote best practices and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating discussions, identifying challenges, and coaching teams to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and leadership for multiple teams, senior enterprise leaders, and product development lifecycles.
- Drive cultural change and lead transformation efforts.
- Challenge conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
- Coach groups of teams, establish new teams, and promote best practices.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working as an SPC or RTE.
- Must be a certified SAFe SPC.
- Strong background in Agile Development.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Experience in Design Thinking (nice to have).
- Excellent skills in embracing challenges and group facilitation.
- Strong conflict management and innovative thinking abilities.
