Temporary Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Mid-November through March)

Location: Redondo Beach, CA (In-person)
Compensation: ~$45/hour
Our client, a leading real estate investment company, is seeking a Temporary Paralegal to join our legal team while a key member is on maternity leave. This temporary position will run from mid-November through the end of March, with the possibility to make a significant impact on our legal and transactional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and redline legal and transactional documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide strong support in transactional and corporate matters
- Maintain exceptional organization and communication to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assist in corporate transactional projects
Requirements:
- Strong experience in transactional and corporate matters
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to review, redline, and analyze legal documents for accuracy
- Must work in-person at our Redondo Beach office Monday through Friday
- Knowledge of Litera (a plus but not required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Paralegal is preferred, though candidates with strong Legal Assistant backgrounds and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
