We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Analyst Sr within our Enterprise Data Management group based in Houston, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate collaboration between business units and functional groups for critical data sharing of domain data
- Developing and tracking KPI's of data quality dimensions to assess and audit for areas of improvement and innovation for data domains
- Enhance data strategy and decision-making through the alignment of master data objects and attributes between multiple corporate systems with master data
- Reduce complexity and increase reliability of database systems sourced by our data sharing partners through constant communication of issues within shared datasets
- Build efficiencies in digital capabilities through data democratization for data domains
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in extracting, manipulating, correcting, and analyzing data
- Strong knowledge of oil & gas terminology and operations
- Experience with data management and visualization platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Master Data experience
- Oil & Gas Reserves
- Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps
