Senior Recruiter- Nashville, TN

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experience Senior HR Recruiter for our Nashville-based client. The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting high-level professionals in the accounting and finance sectors, including tax accountants, managers, CPAs, and controllers.

Senior HR Recruiter (Direct Hire)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Position Overview:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for high-level positions. This role will involve sourcing, presenting candidates to C-level executives, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement.
  
• Source and attract candidates for positions including tax accountants, managers, CPAs, and controllers.
  
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, presenting top candidates to C-level executives.
  
• Utilize ADP and other tools for job postings, candidate tracking, and managing recruitment workflows.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Clear candidates and ensure all necessary documentation and background checks are completed.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract top talent.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a boutique search firm or staffing agency.
  
• Proven track record of successfully filling high-level accounting and finance positions.
  
• Strong sourcing skills with a deep understanding of effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
  
• Proficiency in using ADP and other recruitment software.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
