Tax Preparer (Seasonal)

We are searching for a seasonal tax preparer to join our team and assist in servicing our clients. In addition to an energetic and supportive culture we offer a competitive hourly rate. Estimated 30-40 hours weekly expected from January - April 15th.
Essential job duties:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Review, organize, and scan client documents
• Collaborate with other accounting professionals to resolve complex tax issues.
• Review financial records, including income statements and documentation to ensure accuracy.

• Previous experience in tax preparation required
• Experience with UltraTax is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with quality work
• Good time management skills
