Location: Remote WFH
To be considered, qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, or Washington.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week
Compensation: $55,000 - $58,000 annually

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our growing team and help us in our vision to give back lives, reunite families, and heal communities that are suffering from the devastating effects of substance use disorder.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the HR team, providing turnover and ad hoc reporting as needed, involved in the employee exit process and a key player in the overall employee experience.

- Administer the employee exit process.

- Serve as the point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy within Paylocity, conducting quarterly audits.
- Provide HRIS support to managers and employees as needed.
- Generate ad hoc reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare employee transfer letters as required.
- Administer the Performance Review process.
- Review benefit invoices in collaboration with accounting.
- Distribute updated job descriptions to employees as necessary.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with new employee orientation and onboarding.
- Assist the Human Resources team with daily filing, employment verifications, and HR inbox inquires.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in HR for an organization with at least 500 employees.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Experience working for an organization with 500 or more employees strongly desired.
