Requirements:
Experience: 5+ Years
- Proven experience in generative AI, with a focus on LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Proficiency with OpenAI models and frameworks (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, Codex).
- Strong background in working with open-source AI models and tools (e.g., TensorFlow and Hugging Face).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and neural network architectures.
- Experience with any cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI model deployment and scaling.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with other generative AI techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) and VAEs (Variational Autoencoders).
- Contributions to AI research publications or open-source projects.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into technical designs that elegantly meet the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
- Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers.
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decisions taken.
- Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
