The role:
As Senior Partner Director, Agency, you will play a pivotal role in helping to define the overarching strategy of agency engagement at Fetch and partner across the world’s largest agency holding companies. You will be the primary relationship owner and point of contact between an agency holding company and the Fetch sales organization.
You will be responsible for understanding and driving brand adoption across the full range of Fetch ad product suite. You’ll structure agency partnerships and build rapport across agency leaders spanning C-level, investment, strategy, commerce, buying and planning teams. You’ll play a critical role collaborating with the Fetch sales team to drive education, innovation and investment with our most valued agency partners.
Location:
Candidates should be based in New York. While there are no in-office mandates, expect local travel to visit agencies on-site (i.e. client visits).
Scope of responsibilities:
- Structure agency partnership deals with Agency Holding Companies that span across multiple agency functions (Media, Commerce, Data, Strategy, etc)
- Support Fetch sales org with onboarding net/new brands, introducing agencies to new Fetch advertising solutions and partner on “big bet” accounts
- Craft specific and measurable Joint Business Plans with agencies & ensure these plans stay on track throughout the year, ensuring renewal and growth in subsequent years
- Own top-down relationships with agency executives
- Create & lead delivery of agency-wide education initiatives, roadshows, summits, etc.
- Ensure that Fetch is central to the agency’s commerce strategy by marketing partnership outputs both internally & externally
- Interface regularly with the leadership of each Fetch team to identify how your agency partnership can drive growth/adoption of their products & services
- Execute and track progress against these agency partnerships via QBRs, internal tracking tools, etc.
- Leverage these agency partnerships to identify & funnel business opportunities across Fetch’s existing and maturing ad product suite
The ideal candidate:
- 12+ years of direct experience structuring & executing complex business development deals with a Big 6 agency holding company
- This is an Individual contributor role - ideal candidate will champion a “hunter” mentality and be super comfortable working for a rising, challenger platform
- Deep understanding of how agencies are structured & organized around different customer needs…and an ability to map a very wide range of products/solutions to these use cases
- Has digital sales experience working with Fortune 500 brands and publishers (commerce media a +)
- Excellent presentation skills to both to an executive audience and in larger group settings
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and skillfully influence internal stakeholders to rally around the business needs of an agency partner
- Ultimate team player…needs to be uber comfortable working in a team setting and partnering across sales, product, and marketing teams
Compensation:
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The on-target earnings range for this position is $306,250-$350,000 (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds, which employees may also be eligible for).
