Portfolio Accountant

Portfolio Accountant (Loop, Hybrid)

Our client, a global real estate investment management company located in Chicago's Loop, is looking for a Portfolio Accountant! This person will support the accounting and reporting process for a real estate investment portfolio reporting under Fair Value GAAP.

This job in a nutshell:

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes, reporting requirements, and year-end audit and tax requirements
• Monthly financial analysis and review monthly financial statements
• Complete cash management transactions

We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1+ years of accounting experience from CPA firm with real estate or financial services clients
• CPA or CPA in progress

Compensation: up to $95,000 base salary + $10k bonus
