Lead Superintendent - Higher-Ed Projects ($70M) - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site

Profile
Lead Superintendent - Higher-Ed Projects ($70M) - Cranston, RI - Successful Candidate:
- 10+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
- Project experience in one of their core markets: Life Science, higher Ed, healthcare, commercial
- Experience working locally around Providence preferred
- Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
