Description
The Sales coordinator answers the telephone to assist internal and external guests with requests. They will be supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing proposals/contracts. Data entry using Delphi.fdc, Microsoft Word and Excel. Preparing for client site inspections. Attend weekly sales departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group pick up meeting, weekly resume meeting, and daily sales meeting. Running reports through Delphi, systems administrative duties (making sure accuracy of all definite groups in the system). Completes special projects as requested by their team.
Requirements
MANDITORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good communication skills, both written and oral.
2. Excellent organizational skill, multitasking skill.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to input data into a word processor
5. Basic secretarial knowledge such as business letters, formats, and telephone etiquette.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Error-proof correspondence.
2. Work completed in a timely fashion.
EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED:
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, typing, and communication skills and abilities. High school diploma required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Ability to assist in other departments when necessary (ex. Front Desk).
NON-MANDATORY JOB REQUIRMENTS:
1. Driver's license
