Corporate Attorney
Top ranked, full service, Long Island-based law firm with offices in Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City, seeks corporate/business law attorney with at least 5+ years of experience and is admitted to practice in New York State. The candidate should have substantial experience in typical corporate matters (particularly as they relate to real estate transactions), including drafting and negotiating simple and complex operating agreements, stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, corporate formation and reorganization documents, corporate governance documents, shareholders agreements, buy/sell agreements, security agreements, confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, term sheets and letters of intent, and performing due diligence and closing corporate transactions. Excellent verbal and drafting skills are essential.
A successful candidate should have a book of business of $300,000.00 or more that the Firm will further develop.
