The Real Estate Assistant is responsible for providing administrative/clerical support to the Area Vice Presidents, and licensed real estate agents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create flyers, postcards, etc., for auctions and listings as well as coordinate the mailing of all
  • Assist with the planning and organizing of Area specific meetings; including meet & greets/lunch on us
  • Manage all advertising inquiries, including costs, sizes, dates
  • Ensure all real estate licenses are maintained and posted, as required
  • Set up auctions using Nextlot software
  • Sharing upcoming auction invites with Area, as well as communicating results
  • Execute auction presentations
  • Manage and maintain the real estate filing
  • Drafting initial Real Estate & Farm Management proposals
  • Assist ASM’s or agents with DocuSign processes, as needed
  • Assist License Coordinator, as needed with E&O Insurance coverage
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; Or combination of experience, and education
  • 1+ year experience in administrative role
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office products
  • Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple projects
  • Strong technical solution and developmental skills
  • Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various levels of seniority across organizations to achieve goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 40 pounds
