Position Summary

The Marketing Generalist will provide key support to our marketing team in areas that include but are not limited to lead generation for new business acquisition, existing client upsell and cross sell activities, email campaign setup and execution, online sales webinar program coordination, and various critical marketing administrative functions. Drive, flexibility, creativity, and desire to deliver results will all be key elements of success.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage our sales webinar programming from start to finish, including working with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop new programming initiatives
  • Work with our Project Managers to assist with the writing, editing, building, scheduling and execution of email demand generation program strategy across all product lines
  • Maintain our inventory of printed and digital collateral and other materials for use in marketing and sales activities
  • Assist with proofing and marketing-related internal communications
  • Assistance with Podcast scheduling and writing interview questions
  • Assist as a backup for various social media post and responses
  • Coordinate lunches and department events as required
  • Perform research and administrative tasks for the department as assigned
  • Data entry tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing-related position
  • 2- or 4-year degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to coordinate and execute multiple concurrent marketing initiatives and manage tight deadlines
  • Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environment - both within Marketing and with stakeholders from other departments
  • Experience writing effective copy and developing content - webinar campaign copy creation a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software (experience with Pardot helpful but not required)
  • Creative personality, thinking creatively to help us elevate our marketing efforts
  • Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills
  • Personality that likes to take initiative, ask questions and follow through
  • Technically savvy with ability to learn and use various software programs
