Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
The Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in the analysis, development, implementation, and administration of compensation activities and programs. In this role, the analyst will work closely with the Human Resources team and the business to provide global compensation guidance and support. The analyst will conduct surveys and benchmark studies to evaluate total compensation and use this information to make recommendations for changes or updates to the organization's compensation plans. This position will apply sound compensation theory in the development of competitive salary structures based on relevant local salary surveys, competitive environment, economic trends, and local HR input to aid in recruiting and retention. Additionally, the analyst will regularly review and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and requirements of each role. The analyst will also provide support to the benefits team in overseeing Tuition Reimbursement program and other benefits related activities.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have excellent analytical skills, be detailed oriented, well-versed in compensation regulations and guidelines, and have the ability to communicate findings effectively to all levels of management.
A Day in the Life...

  • Conduct internal and external market analysis to determine competitive compensation trends and ensure that the organization's compensation practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for compensation benchmarking in third party compensation platform.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation, including strong focus on pay transparency, pay equity, minimum wage, and FLSA.
  • Analyzes new positions and reclassification requests to appropriately determine job classification and FLSA exemption status.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation data and trends to management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and managers to support, respond, and provide guidance on compensation-related issues.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
  • Communicate and educate employees on compensation policies, guidelines, and programs.
  • Support benefits related activities such as Tuition Reimbursement Program, Relocation Benefits, and other health and wellness program support as directed and needed.
  • Maintain the Total Rewards events calendar.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in Workday preferred
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)
