Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, human capital management, and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and promote organizational effectiveness.
  2. Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA and FMLA requirements.
  5. Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
  6. Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity, UltiPro, and PeopleSoft for effective data management and reporting.
  7. Lead performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  8. Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs that support employee development and retention.
  9. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention.

Experience

  1. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with a strong focus on change management and human capital management.
  2. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements including OSHA and FMLA.
  3. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, HR sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making processes.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
