SUMMARYThe Case Manager - Recovery Coach (CMRC) will provide recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder (SUD) and will assist patients in achieving sustained recovery. Travel with clients is required. As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Recovery Coach will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by Open Door in various programs funded or administered through the City of Springfield Department of Health and Human Services – Health Services for the Homeless Health Center.
