The Sage Group’s Client, a leading cloud services provider is searching for a contract Product Marketing Manager.

As a Product Marketing Manager for new products, you will play a critical role in the growth and eventual launch of a new product to market. On this team, you will partner closely with the product team to drive user acquisition through integrated campaigns, contribute to product messaging and positioning, support GTM and launch activities, and drive customer marketing and advocacy programs. This role is highly cross-functional and provides an opportunity to drive critical impact for a fast-growing product.

Responsibilities

  • Gather alignment with cross functional teams and leadership in product, design and other marketing functions
  • Work in lockstep with product teams as we find product market fit in a new category.
  • Synthesize insights and analysis that maintain a pulse on our users, market and, competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute informed and compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launch plans for new product features or initiatives, working closely with product management, communications, engineering, design, support, and sales teams
  • Partner with our research team to perform research, both qualitative, and quantitative to better understand our user needs and market landscape
  • Partner with the central marketing team to showcase Dropbox and our products through cross-functional campaigns, activations, and strategies
  • Own customer marketing and advocacy programs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • SaaS company experience required
  • Positioning, Messaging, GTM, Launch experience
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, ability to manage with influence, and experience working closely with product, comms, design, and sales teams.
  • Excels in ambiguous or autonomous environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities interpreting data and qualitative research and distilling into actionable key takeaways
  • Strives for operational excellence with attention to detail
  • Learner mindset and gets excited to take on new challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA, or equivalent experience

Duration: 12+ month W2 contract

Location: Remote in the US

Compensation: $60-70/hr.
