Our client is seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in various territories throughout the U.S.

This position requires someone with experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of agents, along with a successful record in sales performance. The ideal candidate possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting, training, managing, and developing new managers and agents
  2. Managing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities
  3. Managing an office and satellite districts throughout the region
  4. Delivering strong sales results

Job Requirements:

  1. Must have 10+ years of experience in insurance products Life Insurance
  2. Financial Planning with extensive training platform
  3. Must have 4+ years of insurance management experience
  4. Experience in recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a high-performance sales team
  5. Active Life/Health license for the state
  6. Series 7 and 24 preferred or at least within six months
  7. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  8. Must reside in the regions specified
  9. Good credit history
