The Property & Casualty Sales Executive role in Las Vegas, Nevada is a crucial role in helping businesses secure their futures through comprehensive insurance solutions.
How You Will Contribute

  • Prospecting, developing, proposing, and binding new business.
  • Actively pursuing new client prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals.
  • Renewing existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction year after year.
  • Assisting in the collection of required coverage information and necessary premiums for both deposits and renewals.
  • Overseeing all aspects of new clients, working closely with the assigned account manager to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Driving and supporting cross-selling strategies for both existing clients and new relationships.
  • Fostering relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown.
  • Ensuring compliance with government agencies and corporate policies.
  • Attending training sessions and courses to keep your skills sharp and up to date.
  • Conducting all activities with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience showcasing your capabilities.
  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Property & Casualty License (preferred, but not required-commission earnings available after obtaining the license).
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills that set you apart.
Pay Range
  • $60,000 $80,000. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
