Overview of the Warranty Administrator role:

• Process all paperwork needed to ensure proper warranty start up
• Assure all claims are prepared, filed, and collected in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between branch locations and manufacturers on communicating claim issues
• Coordinate warranty part return requests
• Create and process all appropriate documents required for claim credits
• Monthly reporting on all claims and claim status

Preferred Qualifications for the Warranty Administrator role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly motivated, analytical, and well-organized
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
• Customer service/problem solver mindset with a friendly and helpful approach
