Description
We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can follow a sales strategy while expanding client relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities:
- Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
- Grow and maintain customer relationships
- Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours)
- Company sales meetings
- Follow all company outside sales representative duties
- Set appointments
- Sales talk and objection handler mastery
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
- Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- Proven track record in sales
- Great communication
- A high school diploma is required, and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Goal oriented
- Good first impression with people
- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
Compensation: $65,000+ and benefits
