Responsibilities
You will:
- Help build the world's easiest-to-use manufacturing platform.
- Own & take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the software team, including some coding while helping other developers (frontend & backend).
- Write backend code (Python).
- Work alongside CTO to develop tech strategy including architecture, security, and DevOps decisions.
- Mentor & oversee our current team of junior developers.

Note: This is a 50% remote, 50% in-office role, based in Atlanta.
Preferred Skills
You have:
- 2-4 years experience building & shipping complex web applications.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Worked with AWS offerings.
- A love for startup culture.
- Experience with Manufacturing - especially MES, ERP, QMS systems.
- Understanding of CMMC compliance or other cybersecurity protocols.
- Experience building pipelines for data analysis.
