Job Overview:

• The Audit Supervisor will independently perform test work for highly complex audit activities across Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) lines of business.
• The role includes designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact, and recommending severity ratings.
• You will also build and maintain relationships with business partners, foster an inclusive work environment, and provide developmental support to team members.
• The team covers audits for businesses including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, investment banking, corporate banking, and leasing, as well as credit risk management and global payment services in EMEA.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of internal audit, business control, compliance, or risk management experience in corporate and investment banking
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience within an investment banking organization
• Strong experience in risk and control identification, assessment, and stakeholder management
• Proactive, flexible attitude with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Desired Qualifications:
• Experience coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
• Experience in large global banks

Certifications such as CFA, CPA, FRM, or CIA
