Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers, maintaining strong relationships and cash flow.
• Handle sales tax calculations and filings across multiple states, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Lead the month-end close process, delivering timely and accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations, safeguarding financial integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 to drive efficient and effective accounting processes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Proactively resolve financial discrepancies by analyzing and correcting information, minimizing risk.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role within finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 software (ideally).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in accounting functions.
• Ability to manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Experience in managing month-end close processes
