Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse • Varied Shifts

Role:
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you'll provide top•tier nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, adhering to AORN Standards and our policies.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care using nursing processes.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during surgery.
• Provide ongoing patient assessment.
• Uphold care quality for surgical patients.
• Respect patient's wishes and act as their advocate under anesthesia.
• Account for surgical tools during surgery.
• Participate in relevant committees.

Skills:
• Knowledge of surgical asepsis and sterile technique.
• Familiarity with surgical supplies and equipment.
• Competency in new technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and supervise others.

Qualifications:
• Accredited Perioperative Nursing Course completion preferred.
• CNOR certification desirable.
• At least 2 years of surgical experience required.
