Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Sales Representative to play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with potential clients, and working closely with our recruitment team to deliver top-notch solutions to meet clients' needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and has a passion for both sales and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their recruiting needs and present suitable solutions from our services.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure the right talent is matched with client requirements.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth goals.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in recruiting and sales to effectively position our services in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within the IT and/or professional services staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling consulting and/or managed services projects is a plus.
