Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a senior level associate to join their esteemed real estate practice based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have five to seven years of real estate transactional experience, with a focus on finance, preferably from a large law firm. The role involves advising clients on commercial real estate transactions and workouts, offering the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices.
Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint ventures is preferred. Candidates should have strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, and a commitment to excellence. The ability to manage matters and interact directly with clients is essential, as is the ability to supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.
