XR, LLC in Orange County, a leading sexual wellness and adult toy company, is seeking an Amazon Marketing Manager to help update and create optimized content while staying on brand for our Amazon accounts on Seller and Vendor Central across the US, Canada, and international markets. This position will promote our brands and products on Amazon by using Enhanced Branded Content', A+ pages, brand stores, and most importantly ad campaigns. Duties also include adding new items, optimizing listing bullet points, improving product description and keyword SEO, and overseeing and reporting fraudulent sellers and ASINs.
The candidate will use analytics software (i.e.: Helium10, etc.) to track progress and analyze the results of updated content for the management team. This position will also be cross-trained with other aspects within our marketing team that include, but are not limited to, Amazon chargeback maintenance, product information generation, and other miscellaneous duties.

The position is in-office, full-time, Monday through Friday. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing Listings on Amazon by creating imagery to showcase features and selling points for each unique product.
- Manage ads for Amazon, Walmart, and Google.
- Prioritizing Tasks and staying organized while balancing several brands and making sure that everything is operating smoothly, and content is published
- Coordinating with Teams and Virtual Assistants to ensure task completion
- Analyze sales numbers to make impactful decisions on listings
- Continually optimize the existing brand stores, product pages, and A+ content to drive traffic and sales for existing and new products
- Collaborate with team members to develop messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards
- Improve and refresh content for existing products by optimizing listings with new bullet points, descriptions, keywords, titles, and images
- Analyze and report performance metrics and marketing performance to allocate time toward best-performing items
- Organize and distribute creative assets to the team on time and maintain the image archive up to date.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult and sexual wellness products
- 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon accounts for consumer brands (major plus!)
- 3-5 years of experience managing Amazon Ads - Walmart, & Google Ads (major plus!)
- Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central: managing and updating product catalog, performing data analysis
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to make data-based decisions
- Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery and videos daily, with the ability to hold, describe, and professionally discuss adult products
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Proficient in Excel must be able to do vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
