Active participation in Accenture’s well-being support program, designed specifically for the Trust & Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well-being.Due to the nature of the role, the user may be frequently exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Handle a large volume of incoming requests based on specific market needsMaintain the SLA and productivity within set parametersPrepare responses that conform to applicable policies, governing style and formatTriage and review incoming material and independently determine the need for assembly and preparation of an escalationClearly respond to process and policy questions from external partners and internal partiesIdentify legal deficiencies of the legal processes and inquiries or policy description and notify and assist appropriate workflow lead and or counselConduct relevant research and use data to support escalations and business casesProvide support to workflow lead as needed, including record maintenance and metricsOrganize, categorize, and publish content and information using specific tools and channelsReview, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive contentUnderstand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelinesInvestigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of qualityLocationA t present this is a work from home/remote position but you may be required to work from the office in the futureWhile remote, the person selected for this role must reside within 100 miles of the Austin officeHours & ShiftsBetween the months of August and December, the schedule will include weekend coverage Friday-Tuesday or Thursday through Monday, and shift will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Otherwise, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pmBasic Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a legal assistant or paralegalFluent in Portuguese and EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Law)Experience with various computer systems, internet technology and software PC, Mac, MS Office, Confluence, Google SuiteExperience working at a tech company or with tech clientsProfessional skills:Sound coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skillsExcellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skillsAbility to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policiesStrong attention to detailComfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streamsStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
