Hospitality CoLead

Well-established Pacific Northwest architecture and design firm is growing its hospitality studio. This role requires leadership with skills across design, operations, and business development. With the ability to be located in Portland, Seattle, or San Francisco, this role will be a thought leader in the firm and the industry.

Job Requirements:

• Lead the design of hospitality projects to move the design needle forward.
• Must be client-focused with the ability to build deep relationships and create new ones
• Sustainability is a major focus for the firm and should be for you.
• Will have oversight of studio budgets, schedules, and other operational aspects.
• Must be a strong mentor and leader.
• Strategic ability to build a future state and build towards it

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• A licensed architect with current NCARB certification is required
• 15+ years of experience, preferably in high-end hospitality projects
• A built network of hospitality brands
• Background in proposal writing and contract negotiations with clients.
• Must be able to design and program as well as manage the project to completion
