Consultants are responsible for a discrete part of the problem solving on each project. They play an important role on the project teams: performing critical analyses, contributing to final recommendations, and often presenting their work to Censeo and client leadership. Advanced degree preferred but not required.2+ years’ experience in a top-tier consulting environment or relevant industrySuperior creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skillsKnowledge and appreciation of business conceptsStrong knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation softwareAbility to work effectively on projects with demanding deadlines in a team environmentEffective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledgeInterest in working with public sector clientsThe Location:Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House.
